c1930's Nautical Themed Book Ends Antique Wooden & Rope Maritime Book Ends

A pair of wooden book ends (possibly Tasmanian Blackwood) with a MARITIME theme. Includes wooden ship pulleys with rope for decorative effect. Appearance suggests c1930's and original flat blade screws are present however there are no makers names or marks to verify this. Likely made in Australia but again, has not be confirmed. A beautiful pair of bookends, blending an impressive Maritime/Nautical Theme with the warmth of the wooden finish.

Light wear only with no damage. Natural patina is on display with bookends only having received a light polish. The pair of bookends weigh 1.08kg (3.38lbs). Very good condition overall. Measures 16cm tall x 14cm wide x 11cm deep approx x 2 bookends.
