Sun fading to the spines and some staining to the covers, mainly the front of Volume 2. Small inscriptions present. Gilt edging is faded at the top and bright at the sides and bottom. Binding is excellent with no loose pages. There is some damage to the front 4 leaves and endpapers of Volume 2. The balance of pages across the 2 volumes are clean and well presented.
