"Sir Frank William Brangwyn (1867 - 1956) was a Welsh artist, painter, watercolourist, printmaker, illustrator and designer. He worked in a wide range of artistic fields. As well as paintings and drawings, he produced designs for stained glass, furniture, ceramics, glass tableware, mosaics, buildings and interiors, and was a lithographer and woodcutter and book illustrator."

General wear with a some staining to the covers and spine as shown. Back cover with some wrinkling to the cloth. Binding is excellent with no loose pages. All colour plate illustrations are present as called for including 2 tipped in on black card. Pages clean with only occasional light spotting. A nice copy in good condition overall.
