The 1st Australian Edition of Roald Dahl's first children's story book published in the middle of WW2. No inscriptions. Endpapers clean with some chipping at rear. Pages with subtle age toning but otherwise clean and beautifully presented. Despite outer spine, the text block binding is good with just the back endpapers detached.
