Heavy wear, rub through with loss, fading and splitting to leather covers and spine as shown. Inside hinges split and covers wobbly. Front cover almost detached. Title page torn with an old, failed tape repair. Map present but with significant tape repairs as shown. Pages typically clean and well presented with no loose pages although some clusters are sitting proud of the text block. I have crossed referenced over 30 illustration references from the index with all checked present - given the extensive nature of the illustrations I have not verified the presence of all illustrations however there are no indications or evidence of anything lacking. Please study photos closely to fully understand condition.
