A wonderful historical source book with fascinating advertisements and reference information for Australia and its Colonies in the year 1886.

General wear, rub through and some damage to covers and spine as shown. Old bookplate and booksellers notes otherwise clean. Binding is relatively fragile with a split inside front hinge, wobbly covers, a couple of page clusters becoming loose and a few pages loose. There is a cut to 1 page where a map was removed. Advertising pages are tanned and a little fragile - just handle carefully. Lacks multiple charts/maps - contains 6 black and white maps, 3 folding maps (with tears) and several government and banking charts. A very good reading copy otherwise acceptable condition.
