I'm no expert on this book but it seems odd to me that it starts at page 5? Please study photos as I would assume there must be a missing page or two unless this was some weird way of putting a book together? There is no evidence of missing pages but perhaps there should be a contents page? All of the images I can find online show the book starting with this page 5. Please do your own research!
