Seller Notes: Heavy wear to covers with a crude replacement outer spine. Front and back blank endpapers replaced with heavy card - again, crude as shown. Comes with Frontis Illustration + 2 Folding Plates + Geneaology Chart. A contemporary bookplate is present with no other inscriptions. There are no loose pages. Pages with subtle age toning, some chipping and a few small tears. No foxing. Several pages are stuck together right on the edge with the appearance of being uncut rather than "stuck". Some small tears around these. Could be easily separated with the right approach. All 52 pages are present. A nice copy with tired binding and a worthy candidate for further investment with a tasteful rebind or repair. Please study photos to further understand condition.
